Skill Training Workshop for Women SHG Members

A two-day skill training workshop was successfully organized for 30 women Self-Help Group (SHG) members. The program was jointly organized by Mr. Ramesh, Principal, and Mr. Thirunavukarasu, Assistant, from the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Management Institute (ICM). Mr. Ravi Chandran, General Manager, Management Union of ICM, attended as the Chief Guest and motivated participants to apply their skills for sustainable livelihoods.

The workshop was led by Mrs. Nilavathi, an experienced trainer from Ecuador’s microfinance sector. Participants received hands-on training in preparing various soaps, detergents, and phenyl. Certificates were distributed to all SHG members upon successful completion of the program.
