International Women’s Day Celebration 2026

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a grand celebration was organized with the participation of around 1,000 Women Self-Help Group members. The theme, “Rights. Justice. Action. For All Women and Girls,” guided the event. The chief guests included Mrs. Vimala Albert, Ms. Shalini Lawrence, Ms. Gana Isai Vani, Sr. Arokiamary Selvi, and Sr. Amirthasami Mariyapushpam, who delivered inspiring messages on women’s empowerment and equality. The program featured an Annual Report presentation highlighting Marialaya’s achievements, followed by vibrant cultural performances. The celebration fostered unity, confidence, and motivation among women, encouraging active participation in personal and community development.
